Which do you think is more accepted, Autism or Mental Illness?

I have PDD-NOS and multiple mental illnesses. For a variety of reasons I get very paranoid. If someone bumps into me, even by mistake, I get a little upset. I am considering saying something to people when this happens, but I'm not sure what would be appropriate. What I've thought of:
"I have autism"
"I have mental illness"
"I get very paranoid"
or maybe something else?
Which do you think would be more accepted, autism or mental illness?
I too don't like it when people bump in to me because sometimes they don't even say excuse me they just pass you by. Or if they see you they make a sneer joke or noise or something and pass it off like no big deal. You just plainly say excuse me you bump into me and I'm not trying to be rude or anything but clearly you just don't understand how little things effect me when people bump me or run in to with out sayin I'm sorry. It happens all the time. Not just you, please be careful next time it really offends me or makes me get upset. Ask them for an appology and see if you get one.
