Playing music in your head

Chronic for me, and usually my own since I write lyrics often. Sometimes that of a friend (lots of musicians for friends) or, a remix of one of mine someone did. My life wouldn't be normal, I'd have to investigate what was wrong with me if there weren't background music in my head. :)

Actually it's pretty common among musicians, and, apparently those with ASD too. :) I wonder how many of my musical friends just haven't told me they have ASD? I know some do, but I'd bet more do that haven't told me.

One song will get on a constant replay, sometimes for days at a time. If it gets annoying then to change it I have to listen to music for a while out in the real world. I start with the song that's stuck, and then "erase" it with listening to lots of other songs.
