Welcome! I hope you'll stick around for a bit. You can post about whatever, but in general shorter life updates and thoughts go in the profile posts while questions, musings and interests go on the main forum. If you want to talk you can go to the chat tab, but people don't tend to use it much. If you hover over people's name you can start a private conversation with them.
