Hi, I'm new here, I found out I have Asperger's in October of 2015, I just want to hear other's experiences and meet others who understand. It is so nice to know I'm not the only one like this like I thought all my life! Thanks

Hello!

I got diagnosed earlier that year after hitting hard times with my mental health. It was nice to know that I wasn't bad for all my deficits, I don't know if they are things I'll ever be able to work around however which is a bit worrying.

It's nice to meet you! I can relate to what you said and the three words "recovery is possible" have given me some hope, even though I know that part of recovery (from mental health issues) is accepting myself for who I am and I'm having some trouble with that right now!
