Feeling stupid and feeling demorlised because of feeling stupid

Thanx for explaining Suzanne! Now I get what you were saying. And I had a feeling you had the correct time; maybe you aren't actually the one with the time issues in this instance!

I hope it's ok for me to point out that, while I do not have a spectrum dx, I DO have some definite spectrum tendencies. And I've reached a point where I'm happier letting folks know what my needs are then living with the anxiety (don't get me wrong; it's taken decades to get here). For example, folks know if they ask me for information, or to do something, it MUST be in writing. I just can't access the info I need when I just hear it; without a visual things would never happen on time, if they were to happen at all. I currently use 5 calendars (a mix of paper and computer) which gets me some weird looks at work; the calendars all say the same things on the same days LOL but hey, it works. And I have reduced the frustration I have over not being able answer someone's question when I KNOW I have the answer in my head somewhere (or looking like a fool when something isn't done on time cause someone told me about it in the hallway).

I guess what I'm saying is, what would be less anxiety producing for you?
