Prompt for push notifications.

I continue to receive the prompt, 'We strongly recommend enabling push notifications on this device so that you can be kept up-to-date with site activity' - even after I selected the 'Never Ask Again' option.
 
I was wondering the same thing, and whether or not that function is contained within a browser cache.

(In my own case I always purge my cache after closing my browser.) Which might explain why that pesky prompt keeps coming back.
 
I get that notification occasionally.
I didn't even know what it meant and had to ask a friend in UK.
It doesn't seem to apply to me. I just ignore it or click it off the screen.
