Persistent symptoms with no explanation

I have persistent physical symptoms for years. Some are constant and some are come and go. The top constant symptoms are chronic fatigue, waking up feeling unrefreshed and also constant thirst, dry mouth, frequent urination and also dry eyes. Symptoms that come and go are sore throat, flu like muscle aches, feeling flushed in face, but with having only some low grade fever (37,4), these symptoms last few hours to a day and don't actually develop into a flu. I also have digestive symptoms, heartburn, bloating and constipation.
Does anyone have these symptoms? Could it all be physical?

It's sounds like a mix of dehydration and some kinda digestive issues. But that's at first glance from what I read. I am no doctor. So IDK.

Have you had a full blood panel? I know you said liver enzymes were okay - what about the rest of the panel?

Because honestly these symptoms sound like it could be several different things - maybe unrelated. I'm thinking about possible untreated diabetes (thirst, frequent urination). The other symptoms (low grade fever, muscle aches, bloating, heartburn, etc.) could be a digestive thing - the first thing that popped into my head was celiac.

Anyway I hope you're being treated by a doctor. Labs are a good start.

Full blood panel is all good. Glucose was even a bit low, so no diabetes.
Hmm interesting. Any family history you know of that might have any clues? Some of those symptoms sound like an immune response to me. Anyway I hope you get some answers.

I did a diet a few years ago. There’s a website called “The Whole 30”. Information there is 100% free. I ate bacon, potatoes, eggs, fruit, vegetables, steak, SALT (love salt)….. as much as I wanted. No counting calories. Nothing organic.

In about 2 weeks I was thinking clearer, sleeping better, had boundless energy. So many physical problems disappeared, like Psoriasis and hemorrhoids.

If there’s something you’re putting in your mouth that is causing your problems, that diet will prove it, or prove it’s not.

And I saved tons of money

My partner has these same symptoms actually. Multiple causes. Maybe ask your doctor about myalgic encephalomyelitis (chronic fatigue syndrome), diabetes incipidis (where your body doesn't make enough antidiarrhetic hormone), and GERD or IBS.

Get a medical check at the doctor.
I have been unwell and I have suffered a long time with many symptoms.
It is still confusing to me to the point of tears some of the 'symptoms' I go through
And I get really frustrated and the only way I would feel peace is the knowledge I will be ok and make it through with this confusing thoughts and symptoms.

Do you take any medication? My first thought is dopamine dysregulation, possibly excess cortisol and histamine, which are related to dopamine issues.

I've known people who have had strange symptoms like that and it turned out to be something as simple (and treatable) as acute colitis. You never really know until you get everything checked, but at the same time that part can be really difficult as well.

As others have said, I'd keep an eye on fitness levels, diet, stress levels, sleep and the usual stuff in the meantime. The more details you can tell a doctor or specialist, the better.

It just now occurred to me…. I have all of the same symptoms (including constipation). Mine are 100% all due to dehydration. I work outside in the sun all summer, forget to drink water, sweat until my socks are blue from the cheap dye in my jeans. Then fill up on soda and go home and get drunk. It’s a stupid combination that leads to chronic dehydration and seriously low electrolyte imbalance.

Have you tried just drinking tons and tons of water or something like Pedialyte? Water is cheap, and it probably won’t make it any worse.
