Are we Highly Sensitive People?

If anything, I am too empathetic; I am imaginative enough to come up with a possible scenario where a person is not a con artist or acted out of selfishness, but have since learned most people do not deserve this much benefit of the doubt.
 
I am a very negative person. I always assume the worst will happen to me most of the time nothing happens but I was told by my family, therapist and friends I am very negative.

As for over senses I hate it especially living in the city I have to wear headphones outside I can't stand hearing the wind, every car drive by, light bulb buzzing.
