Five favorite things to do to relieve anxiety?

1) break things
2) listen to music
3) kill stuff and blow up stuff on games
4) go for a bike ride
5) drink- when i can be arsed to get the alcohol from the garage

1) Play on the computer
2) Finish of my favourite games on any console
3) Sleep
4) Walk outside on a nice sunny day
5) Music

1) Drink water. Every time I've fainted is 'cause of dehydration and I actually get so worked up about possibly fainting when I've not had anything to drink it's probably that which makes me so dizzy and stuff. I forgot to eat anything today or drink and when I noticed that I instantly started to feel dizzy and by the time I got off the bus I felt like I was seriously going to faint and it was so ridiculous because I knew the only reason I felt like that was because of paranoia but felt fine after drinking.
2) Slap my self in the face.
3) Do something to keep me busy like play an online game or something.
4) Trying to solve(in vain) what's making me so anxious.
5) Something(can't think of anything else).
This is like severe anxiety over something stupid. Not social anxiety. Listening to music I'm still worried, so worried I don't even register the music most of the time even with headphones.
I rarely get that worried though tbh.

grind teeth (but I do bot recommend it it will make your jaw sore and perhaps create bigger problems)

naah only joking

I don't now what to do with anxiety.

In no particular order:

1. Listen to music

2. Go on Computer

3. Watch a stand-up comedy

4. Play a game

5. Watch TV

Most of these you would have to be indoors to do. I don't get anxiety in my house, more when I'm socialising.

1. Swear - Honestly, apparently it causes your glands to secrete adrenaline.

2. Drink - Alcohol. Obviously not a good one.

3. Flap my feet and/or hands - Kinda like stimming

4. Listen to some cooling music. I like "Mr. Blue Sky" by ELO (Electric Light Orchestra)

1. Take Xanax (It's my prescription, so it's alright. I don't recommend it to anyone without one though)
2. Look up stuff related to special interests on the computer
3. Go outside for a run
4. Take a shower
5. Listen to relaxing music on the computer ("Prayer" by Hayley Westenra is a personal favorite)

1. Xanax ("I'm flying!")

2. Write a short story (which usually turn out to be morbid, unfortunately. That or sci-fi)

3. Read.

4. Work on the computer. Try and fail to install Arch again.

5. Total meltdown.

@IncrediblePie: I don't even bother writing stories any more since they end up being soooo ****ed up.
I hate the way they sometimes do reflect on my personality as well.

1) try to get lost in the forest (but it is too small)
2) Computer
3) read a nice book
4) biking

Listen to music
Screencap or watch funny YouTube videos
Write in my diary
Daydream
Try to find out more information about what's making me anxious so I know as much as possible about it, thus making me less anxious

1/ I count a lot. In my head. When I'm walking and stuff.
2/ Jumping up and down...it keeps me busy at least :)
3/ Piano. I used to play so much before school every day in Y11...now I do usually but it's just a nice thing to do before school, not something to relax or calm down with. Real practise after school...I woudn't depend on that to relieve anxiety x)
4/ Draw.
5/ Scratch my palm.

Does anyone else think it's a little ironic to have smilies on an Aspie forum?
I'm not saying it's bad, I think Aspergic is great :)

1. be on my laptop
2. read a good book
3. listen to brown noise (its totally relaxing)
4. sleep
5. cry ( i always feel better after i cry)

Walk
Rearrange things in an orderly way
Talk
Cut up cloth

If I have to make up a fifth thing, it
is probably a combination of the first
and third thing. Walk around while
talking to someone on the phone.

Have a cup of tea with a peanut butter sandwich or other nice thing to eat.
Play some relaxing space music or slow rock music
Have a six pack of beer with doritos and cheese dip whilst watching YouTube or listening to music
Take my (prescription only) Temazepam if I'm feeling very anxious.
Going to bed and listening to my internet radio
:)

1. Cup of hot tea with rapidura sugar and cream.
2. A really long hilly walk.
3. Listen to good jazz while making something from scratch in the kitchen.
4. Read funny stuff that makes me laugh.
5. Stop everything, turn on pink or brown noise through headphones, get under cover in my bed.
