any one become some what obsessive with this ? It becomes so much part of my routine I'll only go one day without it a week (the gym) because my mother encourages me to socialise I often miss going to see friends because of the obsessive manner and routine that soon follows.I honestly don't do a good job of balacing the two , the last time I stopped going to the gym I became very depressed then hypomanic followed by depressed again. Excersize helps me keep stable but it can be hard for people to understand.I hope I'm not just making excuses for my behaviour either.
