Do you stim more when tired?

I've noticed that while some of my stims are done when I'm feeling over-excited or overwhelmed, some are done when I'm tired or tired and anxious. For example, when I'm tired, I'm more prone to vocal stimming.

What about you?

Guilty as charged. I can't maintain the masquerade well when my batteries need recharging.

I definitely stim to "recharge" so I tend to vocally stim a lot more when I'm very tired/drained. It helps a lot. :) I don't think I stim more when I'm tired, but it's probably more noticeable.

I definatly stim more when tired. My ablity to cope and my patience are gone when I am tired, I stim to self regulate and not bite people's heads off or go off on people. My wife is finally figuring this out as we normaly go out to eat toward the end of the dinner hour, and she is much slower than myself, so I am stuck waiting when I have no patience to do such. So I will shake my one leg or rock. Thats her clue to finish up so we can go home. Mike

Yup, I stim most when tired or anxious(which im very often anxious). I twist my hair and fingers popping each individual finger at a time in two places.
