People in general are spectacularly bad at replying to emails and communicating. It's not such a big deal for social emails, but when you are trying to run a business that relies on good communication, it's a nightmare.
Indeed, I wouldn't mind so much if not for the fact this company are supposed to be Autism specific, so they're meant to know that if we, the Clients, don't know from week to week what's going to happen or who's coming on what days, we get anxious.
So much for that idea.
