I think it may be helpful for you to start to consider what factors are in your control and which ones are not. Many of your solutions are perfectly understandable, but wanting to change others, wanting to punish others, or wanting to control the functioning of other peoples brains will never be in achievable solution to your problem.
It is really important to look within and look in your immediate surroundings and find supportive and protective factors that can help you. You should not be expected to be alone in the world at this point in your life.
There are things we can control and things we cannot. If the school counselor is willing to work with you and try to help you, maybe it just takes more time with him than you have been given. Even adults can be confused and stressed out by strong expressions of sadness, anger, and frustration.
