Physical traits of Aspergers?

Comments I've gotten which do NOT reflect my internal state (paraphrased, since I don't have eidetic recall of these) :

"I'm seeing disagreement." (I'm processing what's being said.)
"You know, forget it. You're giving me that look again." (I've been asked to help and am now waiting to be told what I need to do)
"Are you all right? You look unhappy." (I'm perfectly content, though tired and withdrawn from a long and busy day.)
"Oh, he's confused, I can see he's working hard on that idea." (I have already heard the idea and think it's bullcrap, but experience has taught me it's a bad idea to say so.)
