I am jessie, I want to find someone who understands, who can relate. I have a high I.Q., but I lack the social skills. I found this site, to search for a group of people who can relate, so I won't feel like such a monster and make myself sick even more. I am straight forward, and professional.

Hey Jessie, glad you found us! I hope you can make yourself at home here. We're all a bunch of outcast weirdos here. :)

Welcome Jessie :)

As Wyv mentioned, many of us are the 'black sheep' in our social circles; and many of us have no circles. Our members are quite friendly, and helpful, so I hope you can feel right at home here.

I recommend taking a look at our recommended reading resources for books on AS: Resources | AspiesCentral.com

Also, I like to recommend this book especially for females with AS. Dr. Tony Attwood's clinic recommends it, and many women on the spectrum have found it very relatable: Aspergirls: Empowering Females With Asperger Syndrome | AspiesCentral.com

Welcome,
This is a great place to be with a lot of like minded people. None of us fit in, and so we all fit in. There is good, friendly conversation here with some great ideas mixed in as well, so join in anytime.
Glad you are here.

Well, they are still important here, as we can't have members fighting each other. But it's safe to be yourself at AC, so welcome, Jessie.

Hello Jessie, you sound like a younger version of me. Nice to meet you, and welcome to the site.
