    Just started an intensive outpatient program for CPTSD. The overlap between this and autism is fascinating to me...and proving tough to navigate.
    Too many feelings to navigate, life crumbling because spouse admitted to a serious affair.

    Finally got my official assessment "report" 2 months after diagnosis and am reluctant/weird about reading it. Anyone else had this experience?

    Yeah, it's very personal, the conclusion and recommendations sections were very useful to me though.

    Thank you...definitely been a parade of symptoms I can't recommend
    That moment of realization that it's time to return to work after caring for sick family...and now the symptoms are starting for me too.
    Only 2 more days left to debate whether I want to brave the social angst of a holiday visit to the in-law's house...
    The Cleaning Mode Fairy is visiting my autism this week, courtesy of Holiday Decor Is Triggering Visual Sensory Overwhelm. AKA "Get Rid of All The Things."
    Experiencing a burst of mental gymnastics around cleaning/organization. Meaning I'm constantly thinking about how I want to declutter/organize without actually DOING any of it. :p

    That's the way l watch exercise videos, l figured I burned calories just watching the lady do squats, and planks . :)
