Why do you bother to think about what you think?

What is the point of studying what and how I think?
Don't you just think and that's it?
Who cares what you think?
Do you think anybody (else) will get any value from you studying your own thoughts?
Don't you get tired of doing that?
Why do you do it anyway?
Don't you have anything better to do?
What kind of person thinks about thinking, anyway?
Isn't that pretty self centered, to think your thoughts are worth thinking about?

Who else is more readily available to study, than myself?
If I ever expect to know what goes on with other people, isn't the place
to start understanding one human, the one closest to me....which is me?

No I think it is good to analyze ones thoughts and actions...some times we get caught in the ghosts of our past memories and forget to see how we have grown and changed...I would not know the past me if I met him...we are not the same people.

There are many biases a person cal fall into when thinking, wich can leads to errors, so I think it's important to think about how you think. Thinking about how you think can also reveal a lot about yourself, that you might not have realised before.
