Day 4 Still Anhedonic…

2-4-24

I have the hardest time sitting through a movie especially before dark. I end up pausing it to pace my room or call someone. I didn’t go to church today because I still don’t feel emotionally adjusted after my break in routine. Interesting how one break in routine leads to a domino effect of breaking all routines…

Comments

I haven't heard of the term Anhedonic before now, thank you.

Completely agree. Routine is so important, but very allusive. After being recently diagnosed, it has been clearer to me, that I need to build a way of routine management that works for me, but I have found many digital tools to be lacking.

How do you organise your routine?

I organize my routine on a calendar for the month with keywords and I only schedule one thing a day so I can bear it. Today I see my therapist and we are discussing goals and how I can make them daily bite size chunks of granola.
