Hi everyone,

I love that there's a somewhere that I can voice what's in my head and not seem out of the ordinary, or worse still, explain everything to the smallest detail, only to be met by blank faces.

Some background about me, I'm in my early thirties, of asian decent living in Aust. Everyday life for me is a struggle, more mental than anything else, but I'm hoping to find some answers amongst like minded people. While not formally diagnosed my once therapist indicated that i'm highly probable HFA (she wasn't a specialist and refused to confirm, but has experience with ASD and was confident). Ever since then and a hell of a lot of reading on my part the label has made a sense of a lot of things.

I'm not much of a talker, always prefered non verbal communication (yes, prefer animals to humans anyday). Not that I don't like the interaction, I just often don't know what to say. Ask if you want to know any more about me, otherwise I look forward to spending time with my own ilk here.

Welcome, Marvin! We're happy to help anyone out, and we're quite friendly. And you'll find no shortage of animal lovers on here.
