Is there a way of getting Sky Q without the £200 installation fee?

I'm considering signing up for a Sky Q and Box sets deal that Sky are currently doing to also get a free 42 inch Ultra HD telly.

However, I recently rang Sky up to try and upgrade to Sky Q as there's often 3 programs on at once that I'd like to record and then watch a 4th program at the same time, and you can only tape 2 things at once with normal Sky+ HD.

So anyway, I rang up and they tried to sell me Sky Q box, but they want £199 to install it? Is there any way out of this expense such as getting a cheap Sky Q box on eBay and plugging it in myself?

I don't just want the Sky Q box, I also want the 4K TV so I can eventually upgrade to an Xbox One S for 4K gaming.

I doubt it. Its their ball game so I reckon they would want their engineer to install it. Unfair I know but thats life
