I clicked the majority of the options, although it fluctuates how much help I need in those areas day to day or week to week. Generally, I need support to cook meals, manage my money and home, arrange my time and activities, go to appointments with me, emotional support. Luckily, I get all the support I need.

I just realized I never shared my own selections.

I selected all but "cooking/meal planning/food prep" (this seems debateable, though), "shopping/budgeting/managing money", and personal care things.

In my case it's needing extra spending money and transportation. I do get a certain amount of government money each month and community services pays most of my rent money, but it's really my parents that help me not to go broke. I also need money for cabs since I don't drive.
