I'm frustrated and sad. I wanted to post a funny video for all of you to enjoy, but couldn't do it, even with Rocco's & Maelstrom's help. This my FAS side, not my Aspie side. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
 
Hey EricD I'd offer you a hug but I know it might make you uncomfortable. I'm unhappy too. I honestly hope you feel better soon.
 
With a range of mental illnesses I can appreciate the feeling of something bad inside of your being in control sometimes and just how powerless if can feel. Just try to distract yourself from what ever it is that's bothering you, read a book, watch a film, talk to a friend.
