Right handed.

Do you notice that you're twitchier some time more than other times?
Examples:
short on sleep
dehydrated
stressed (social situation, either current, anticipated or remembered)
over use

Sometimes it stops or slows down but I had this twitching on some level for a long time. I would think years.
But it is stronger today.
I'm not stressed right now but my hand is sure making me...

I observed this twitching as being constant (with short pauses) so far just not as strong as today.
