    Sorry I was so negative in my comment back to you, I realize that if he wants this to work he will change and make time and do what needs to be done. I've started writing him a letter, something personal between us that we've done for years and I think I will touch more on it personal issues...

    If it were me. I would write a letter to each of them. Let them know your honest opinion and your concerns and how things have changed for you. It helps you help them, but keeps you at a distance as well.
