    Asperger's and Fashion

I'm not very good at coordinating clothes. Its also hard finding clothes that fit my 'feel' test i.e. it has to be thin and feel soft, can't wear anything stiff, thick and warm as I get hot very quickly.

    Core Friends

I'm exactly the same when people (inlaws, wifes friends) come to visit, it always feels like they are intruding. I don't mind visiting the inlaws for a brief period and then I just want to leave. I also have no friends whatsoever and I do wish I did have friends, just so that I could talk to...

How Did You React To Being Diagnosed?

Tbh, although I was expecting the Aspergers diagnosis, I was still shocked and upset about receiving it. It's been 2 months since I received the diagnosis and I'm still coming to terms with it and trying not to see myself as less than NT people. My last remark needs explaining: I have suffered...

    Hi all

Hi everyone, I'm 43, live in the UK (northwest) and was diagnosed with aspergers about 2 months ago which although expected was a shock and I'm slowly coming to terms with it. Hope to learn from others and perhaps make a friend or two. Paul
