i wasn't sure if bougainvillea was the name of the building or the what is that considered as a plant or a bush ?

Bougainvillea comes in a variety of colors – pink,purple, orange, yellow and white with magenta being the most common color. One of my favorite forms of Bougainvillea is called “Torch Glow” I would say that vine is magenta color so
