How hungry are you?

I very rarely feel hunger, though I notice a kind of physical 'you might want to eat something' reminder from time to time, which seems more to do with a time pattern than anything. I usually ignore those, unless there is something I really want to eat.

If I forget to eat at routine times, very little reminds me to stop and eat later, so I have often gone without anything for a couple of days at a time.

I do like good food though, as long as it happens when I am ready for it!
 
I'm a foodie. I like to eat. I like different types of food. I even think about food often. I'm also
pre-diabetic so I know why I feel hungry a lot.
