How does this go?

I also love ducks! I raised some lovely duckies from abandoned eggs :)

The first picture is of some neuro-atypical squirrels I raised. They had traumatic brain injuries.

Is it okay if I save any of these pictures????

Brb gonna go throw up

Yes I know better than to use the internet but it’s just so tempting! I’m trying to find a doctor who can see me sooner. I might not even have time in the Fall after school starts.

As long as were clear on that just google ASD/Autism tests online and you`l find allot of them (and i have takend most of them btw and ALL says im ASD and high score , And the same goes for the other diagnosis actually ) .Well if you dont have time theres always after you finished school. School should have priority one i believe. However im shore you will find time for this as well in the between time IF its important for you ;)

Save away! :D I understand how you feel animals are so cute it makes my heart hurt. I happily spend entire days just playing with them.

I can only interact with them that much if they aren’t wild and releasable animals, though. But in all cases raising them is always an overwhelmingly positive experience.

And there’s always something - I’ll attach a picture of a 4 week old kitten I found in the median of a 75 mph highway in the middle of a dust storm! I also found an injured red eared slider in the middle of the highway the day before and that was last week!

Though sometimes there is a lot of sadness involved, too. I find a lot of live baby possums on the side of the road where there momma was hit. Sometimes I am too late though. Also sometimes people bring me sick animals they tried to care for on their own before calling me and it can be really hard to keep those animals alive. It’s often baby squirrels because they are so precious and always falling from trees. And it’s heart breaking to have a baby squirrel die. I hoard medical and veterinary books and resources to try do as good a job as I can and have accumulated a pretty nice medical kit. I have all the proper stuff for treating wounds , all kinds of antibiotics, iv’s, pain meds and sedatives, steroids, a fancy incubator, even stuff to treat burns though I’ve never gotten an animal with a burn before. Pretty much everything to do anything and a game plan for each scenario so that when I find or receive an animal I can care for it immediately.

I do my best to save everyone I can. I tend to pass the healthy animals off to the wildlife rehab centers in town. They are great for healthy animals. They just euthanize too many of the animals that aren’t healthy. I’m hoping to one day open a no-kill wildlife rehab center and sanctuary with programs for child victims of human trafficking to heal alongside the animals. No-kill wildlife rehab center/ sanctuaries exist and similar things have been done for trafficking victims so it should be possible. Someday!

Reason I have so many pictures of Golden Baby and not Blackfoot is because Golden Baby after she hatched immediately just wanted me with her all the time and cried for me whereas Blackfoot didn’t.
