Sometimes it takes a while to settle down. If this doesn't happen talk to your doctor.

I hope it starts to help soon. Is what you’re feeling outlined in the possible side effects? If there’s anything outside of that, I would call the doctor sooner rather than later. If it’s within the realm of expected side effects, probably okay to ride it out and just keep track.
