any tips for stopping habits?
Anyone got any tips to stop habits? I started having a hot chocolate at work, I'd like to stop now as I don't enjoy it as much as I once did, but I'm finding it difficult. Anyone any tips on stopping ? Thanks x- zenbutterfly
