    Was your social anxiety with you since birth?

    Personally, I've had anxiety all my life, but it got worse when I was about 13. I had my first panic attack at 7, but I could still function quite normally, I went to school and didn't isolate myself in any way. I could also go outside with no problem. So I would say it became a life-limiting...
