    It might help you get things in perspective. We all need someone to help. I watched my sister in law drink herself to death. Not pretty. Drinking destroys lives. Go for it! Because the path your on will finish you. Fight back!

    :rolleyes: You're welcome! Yes I guess life can be that way at times. I think you're suffering and using different ways to escape your pain. That's ok we all need to escape and that will help lift you for now. However, abuse needs to stop!

I have always relied on drink far too much to mask the symptoms of my Aspergers. however, there's a fine line between enjoying it and then having too much and turning into a twat which I've done far too many times!!     Hi there, It sounds like you're being gaslighted and your step-father is pushing your buttons. At the end of the day he's your father and should not be laying into you physically or emotionally. Is there any other family that you have and can turn too?
