Neurotype has no bearing on how difficult a relationship is.

I'm not sure what KISS is? No, because trust or no trust, if somethings going wrong its going wrong either way... I just find all this so difficult.

Neurotype has no bearing on how difficult a relationship is.

We try to communicate, but the misunderstandings and then complete overthinking makes it tough to believe or accept the others words.

As the title says (at least in my experience). I struggle just as much if not MORE trying to keep a relationship going with an aspie. We both overanalyze and get mad and frustrated and misunderstand eachother and its so hard.

I know this post is to give the OP advice, but that there in bold has just helped me tremendously with something I'm dealing with right now. Thank you

    Meltdowns ?

What you describe, ie the apathy, is how I shutdown. Meltdown is more physical ie scratching, hair pulling, screaming. Different kinds of overload I think.

Is it possible to become emotionless?

I just need to wait it out another 20 years or so and things should settle lol

Wow, I love them. I'm a drawer/painter too, I have photos of my stuff on my profile, feel free to have a look.

Is it possible to become emotionless?

    Like, if I didn't feel, I wouldn't care that I didn't care. I would hurt a lot less.

Is it possible to become emotionless?

Even love can be a painful emotion. Its TOO much intensity :(

Is it possible to become emotionless?

Its both a blessing and a curse. It means I'm quite intuitive. It means I care very deeply. etc. But it also means I'm always crackling with emotion. And while its good emotion its great! But negative emotion... well...

Is it possible to become emotionless?

Serious question. I feel too intensely, I'm sick of feeling my own and everyone else's emotions so strongly. How can I stop this? I don't want to feel.
