    I had my first relationship at 24, but it just lasted 5 months. Then I had another one that lasted for a year. I have been single must of my life.

    I think Jakob is right. I think you should tell him this. I´m sure he doesn´t have a clue. Maybe he´s just trying to respect your privacy, and waits for you to want to see him. If you tell him that this bothers you, he might change it

    For me a very important thing is to respect what the patient wants to talk about. I have been with therapists that want to force me to talk about something just because they feel it is an issue, when in reality it wasn´t an issue for me.     They also ask me that question too, all the time when I´m with people I don´t know. It´s just difficult for me to know what to say, to meangle into the group.     are you afraid to go to the dentist?

    As a kid I was scared to dead of going to the dentist; I just couldn´t control myself. Now, not so much, I hate it, but I´m not as afraid as I use to be.
