Hatred of team sports
Ok, I can understand that, they're are social rules involved with team sports and autistics rarely find themselves able to adapt to that. I've had a good time in basketball and soccer somewhat. But other than that I find myself just standing there and waiting for the football to come to me...- JasonG

Am I the only aspie who doesn't have anything against sports? Yeah, you get roughed around a bit, but it can be fun if you forget why you're doing it and just have a good time. Idk though, early detection and plenty of resources helped me get things like occupational therapy and special PE...- JasonG

Is it just me, or are the ones who have said they are open about it tend to be happier? I mean like look at Harrison. He doesn't seem unhappy at all about who he is. Is it better to keep your Asperger's a secret, or to let people know who you are I myself have preferred secrecy. However I wonder if that's the right way to go about? I'd like this discussion to be about it pertaining to dating as well, but just in general Thoughts?- JasonG

To add on what Suzanne says, if you take her out and things don't work out. That's fine too. Even NT dates usually don't pan out to long term relationship. Besides, if she isn't into you, you wouldn't want somebody who didn't really like you that way. A relationship where you love...- JasonG

Never wanted kids?
If you don't want kids, that's your prerogative, however I will also say this, you might be delightfully surprised as well should it come around and if it does, take it with positivity. You're older now and it will be different from when you were a child.- JasonG
