    Playing music in your head

    Mindwar's description of what he is experiencing maches mine to a tee. I don't know if he experiences the same added effect, but I sometimes can't shutoff the music.

    I also bite my nails, finger tips and lips. It seems like I do it unconsciously most of the time and even when I notice, I have a hard time to stop.
