    If you have a smart phone, you can create a Medical ID that can be accessed when the phone is locked. I think medical professionals are aware of these and will look for them.

    Who knows? Given that (from what I understand) the Lancet behaved poorly in the way that they defended the PACE authors despite their report being comprehensively torn apart by others with Psychology/Psychiatry qualifications, I wonder about their peer review processes. :-(

    I was never good a cleaning my room. Most of the time my mom just told me to make sure there was a path from the bed to the door :) These days I don't do much housework. Even if I overcome the mental side the CFS means I don't have the energy :(
