Hovering outside a conversation waiting to talk to someone to avoid interrupting; worried I seem creepy?

So if someone I want to talk to is engaged in a convo, I will stand there trying not to stare at the participants, while waiting for the conversation to end so I can chat with the person without interrupting. Problem is, they don't always know that I'm waiting to talk to them and sometimes walk...

Sent into hysterical laughter by certain sounds and sights (languages, etc); anyone else have this?

It is neither nervous laughter or pseudobulbar. It doesn't happen randomly, along with cryin, like in pseudobulbar, and it doesn't happen when I'm nervous. As I said, it happens whenever certain sounds occur and it's like it tweaks my ears and my brain and sends me into laughter.

Why do I say this? because then you have an OFFICIAL verification of your disability, that, should you ever need to, you can show to employers or...

    The Stigma of Self-Diagnosis

I'm not even officially diagnosed yet, but self diagnosed instead and what you said above is the reason that I am not really TELLING anyone yet. Because I have another learning disability I've known about for years, and already have had a few people in my life over the years tell me that it's...
