Diagnosed with ASD (Aspergers) in 2023; and ADHD in 2024 (and years back diagnosed with Discalcula). I do work with Autistics as a p.a. - looking to expand on this if I can into just coaching/mentoring. Taking a Masters in Autism to support this.
My blog is about my own experience of coping with Autism/ADHD. I called it 'The Autistic Companion' as that is what I do - sort of work as a companion to other Autistics, walking alongside side them and giving whatever support and connection they need (and I also need) - couldn't think of a better way of putting it. I am thinking of branching it out from there, but it is a start of me openly expressing myself. See where it goes. I hope it might help me pull something together, perhaps a book or coaching or something like that, taking it one step at a time and developing things organically.
Looking to make connections, get to know people, get support for myself. I am no use at socializing, but want to try change that a little - so here I am reaching out.
