    Hilarious article I found!

I take it that Spectrum magazine is fake? I would like to see an autism magazine easily available.

    Re-adjusting to sudden changes

I usually get a bit frustrated and angry especially when people expect me to be able to read their minds and they only tell me about 5 mins before that they want to do something which I could have prepared for if they'd told me earlier.

Does anyone zone out when eating?

I have been hanging out with my new fella and both times that we have been out to eat in public together he's nudged me and told me I'm daydreaming. I zoned out both times and had video in my head about stuff. Anyone else been told this when they're eating?:)

Do you do the Aspie Stare?

No I usually smile in pictures taken by someone else. When I take pictures of myself though I usually take nearly a hundred trying to get something I like.

Looking for NT Guy/AS Girl movie or tv show

I've seen the movie Adam which I didn't like and I've also seen Mozart and the Whale which is more easy to relate too but I am looking for a movie or show that fits my situation more of a relationship between an NT guy and an AS girl. What are good movies or shows that portray such a...

    Work experience at school

What did you do at work experience week at school? Now mine was in the early-mid 90s so it might have changed a lot. Anyway I worked as an assistant at a vets, I thought I did quite well. I did every task they gave me without complaining. I did faint twice in the op room though and I stood in...

More Friends Who Are Male Rather Than Female?

I do find it easier hanging out with guys than women. I guess because I'm more into videogames and scifi it's easier to relate. NT girls were usually the cause of the majority of the bullying I went through at school and college. I have met a lot of females online who have made it easier to...

    interesting observation

With me it's more of forgetting to look into the lens so I'll do a few looks to camera so no one complains at me in the comments. A lot of the time I'm showing stuff so I look at the monitor to see if everything is in shot.

    Article...

It seems to me that if everyone acted like that towards each other it would be a much nicer world to live in. I find it ironic how we're encouraged to work towards fitting in to the harsh and cruel NT world when lie-ing (aargh can never spell that right) and manipulating and sending numerous...

    Rants thread!

People who say they want to be friends (we're online friends)then only ever seem to msn you when they are drunk. I'm actually crying a bit right now because surprise surprise they are drunk because of St. Patrick's day and seem to have fallen asleep mid msn conversation. I find it quite hurtful...

What situations do you freeze in?

I've been to a few group meets with people online. I've sort of frozen up at all of them and either sat and listened to people or wandered to different groups and listened. They are really nice people who I've chatted with online for a few years so I'm not that uncomfortable with them. I guess...
