Cartoon that explains Aspergers for kids

Did they ever actually acknowledge the fact that they weren't human? As I said before I haven't seen the show in years but a lot of them were clearly different species from each other.

Cartoon that explains Aspergers for kids

Heh, haven't seen Arthur in a very long time (And I assume this is one of the newer eps, because I just can't imagine them having tackled this when I was a child) but that was pretty great. The only animated shows I've seen make a direct reference to AS before were South Park and Robot Chicken...

I'm at a loss of what to do next..........Help!

*Pulls up a chair* Sorry I'm late to the party here (And that I have no real words of wisdom that could be of any use to the situation) but I'm keen to know if there have been any developments in this story since the thread was last posted in.

What Do You Do When You Like Someone?

But seriously? Um... well, I usually don't draw all that much attention to it until such time where we've become casual enough friends for that info to either seep out naturally or for the other half to show some signs of a similar nature. Or you know, downing some Dutch courage on a night out...

    Dating sites are rubbish :-(

I'm not really a fan of dating sites to be perfectly honest. They're good for causal sex and the like but when it comes to looking for an actual relationship? No. Much too shallow. The idea of setting up a profile and advertising yourself in such a way just feels so... impersonal when compared...

How do I stop having crushes?

No real way to stop them as much as acknowledge them as being what they are; crushes. When you're self-aware enough to know that what you have is a crush and nothing more, the notion will pass quicker.

    what is your stim?

I recall having a real thing for doctor's appointments at a young age. I just liked the general atmosphere during a bog standard check up. It seems to have worn off as the years have gone by but then again I can't even remember the last time I had a doctor's appointment.

An upcoming movie you want to see

Looking through the list of movies coming out this year, here's what I'll most likely end up seeing at some point Best Night Ever The LEGO Movie Nurse 3D Love and Air Sex Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery Vampire Academy A Fantastic Fear of Everything RoboCop Adult World Welcome to Yesterday...

Is it possible for an Aspie to attain the social skills of a NT?

I'd say it very much is if you really put your mind to it. Personally I find that alcohol helps me loosen up a little but aside from that I don't have to be full on intoxicated just to hold up a conversation. I'm naturally shy though (As are many NT's in all fairness so maybe it doesn't stand...

    Rick and Morty

Yeah, I got into Rick and Morty just after the first episode aired because Adult Swim themselves uploaded it and all subsequent eps since then to YouTube. I really like it. It's pretty much Futurama on crack.
