Pease, help me to transcribe the English

I do not understand spoken English (I speak Spanish). I understand written English, but not spoken English (the phonetics are different).

This song have some words not spoken in Spanish, and I think that is mostly on English. I want to know what it says. There are lyrics of this song on Internet, but they only transcribe the Spanish words. Some words may be in French or Italian. I'm not sure.


I ask you to write the English portions, so I can complete the lyrics.

Now that I see it written, I understand the vocals. Before, it was senseless gibberish to me.

I think that the bit saying "y-key 2000" is a reference to the 2K millenium bug. "see them a worry bout y-key 2000" may be "send them a worry bout y-key 2000"?
That would make sense because the Spanish portion speaks about being puppeteered, or manipulated.
