Meltdown

I just flipped my hairs! I lost my phone charger in Indiana. That's on top of the stress of having to wait for renovation work on my apartment to be finished. I'm stuck in a nearby unit w/no internet other than my phone
IM BORED! I can't tolerate having nothing to do!!!!!:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Recently diagnosed, so consider me a newbie !

Things that previously seemed unconnected are now making more sense. For instance, was a supermarket using those self-service machines. It was noisy and I was confused by the automated voice instructions particularly when I tried to use my own bag. I got stressed, to the point the shop assistant had to help me. It was really unpleasant.

In the past, I would have explained it away as a silly tantrum. Now, I wonder if that's the 'Aspie' kicking in.

Had a meltdown at Golden Corral last week. A mechanical potato peeler sent me running for the door, & almost had one at the club yesterday while eating lunch. Emergency Broadcast System test with that horrible screech! :(
