How to buy VIP membership with no internet money account?

I don't use any internet banking/financial facilities. I also don't use phones, or have a chequebook.

I wondered if there was any way to buy a VIP membership without any of these things?

I wondered if there was maybe an address I could send the money to, or something like this?

(There probably isn't, but I though I'd ask anyway.)

PayPal accounts are your friend.

Way back when I first started using eBay as a buyer and seller, I used to despise PayPal, but now I've figured out how to use it I get on great with it, probably too well as my account's always empty.
