Very sad news he was only 57!

He was the lead singer of Coventry, England based Pop group Dead or Alive, who had hit throughout the 80s such as You Spin Me (Round Like a Record) and others.

I was shocked when I read on Facebook that he'd died, he was only on Loose Women this Lunch time.

I just learned about his death this morning,I have the song you spin me round on my iPhone it was sad to hear since he was only 57.

I remember You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) from the opening credits of The Wedding Singer which I saw at a cinema in Basel - with German and French subtitles. For some reason I can't fathom, that was the only one of the many 80s classics in that film which was subtitled.

"Du spinnst mich herum, Liebchen, herum, wie eine Schallplatte..."
