Margaretha is actually the middle name of my great-great grandmother from Bavaria. Her name was Anna Margaretha. She came to America with my great-geat grandfather and her three youngest children shortly after her three oldest children died from scartlet fever within two weeks of each other. She was a pioneer women and had a very hard life. She died in 1916 at the age of 96.
