When we find ourselves outside the the house of humanity looking in, we need only turn around to see the Lord, and He will sustain us.

Knowing 'it' and feeling 'it' are two different things. Ideally, both should be concurrent.

Toddler drama! The 2 YO girl across the street ran to my house stark naked and relieved herself in my garage! (wife says).Uhhgg!

Gross. A 2 YO screamed at me the other day. Then her mother followed us to the car and kept trying to talk to us. Nightmare.

Sheesh, that is rare. We had a family at a church I attended that had a daughter that did similar things, but she was on the spectrum.

I guess the neighborly thing would be to return the favor by dropping a deuce in their garage. Clothing is optional. : )

I found out last night that the girls across the street have pet rabbits, which had just been introduced to a trampoline! Poor things.

Time for another haircut, and see how the proportion of gray to brown has increased.

If it makes you feel any better. I'm only 18 and I've already have some grey hairs myself.

I'm thrilled to say that my daughter's first words are "Please" and "Thank you". She's starting to speak something other than "Chloish"

A friend had a son who wouldn't say a word for anything. Until my friend cussed once over something: "S**t!". That was the boy's first word and he used it inceasently. :D

I hate flies! They believe they can buzz in our ears, crawl on our bodies, and generally annoy us with impunity. Now where's my 'enforcer'?

Flies are the most annoying creature ever created. I will hunt them to the end of the earth to destroy them.

I never thought I would be, but I've become semiproficient at toasting the nasty buggers off tables and walls with rubber bands. Sheer motivation at work.

Hopeless academic. I love history and within history:
Tube Radios, antique guns, telephones, clocks and watches, American Civil War (the South especially), WW2, The 3rd Reich, the Holocaust, Ancient civilizations. My home is overrun with books on these subjects! I also enjoy science fiction, especially Star Trek. I am a former Marine too.
